Thank you for shopping with Stellarwear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand our process and conditions for returns and refunds.

  1. Return Eligibility We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
  2. Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at heidi@ricoh-fusion.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
  4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • If your return is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the reason for rejection.
  1. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
